Hi! Welcome to the North Penn Civic Association’s new website. Thanks for being here. My name is John E. Brickhouse III, the President of NPCA and our doors are open for all who wish to visit us. I maintain an open door policy at our community center and for more than 35 years we have been serving the people. As you will come to find out as you get to know us, our programs, and our activities here at Chalmers Park, you find that we are a resource center for civic engagement and more than 500,000 people enjoy our small 12 acre area every year with athletic events, educational activities, and cultural events. So we welcome you with open arms.
